Downloadable grocery coupons to your card
Grocery coupons are a great way to manage your food budget. The easiest way to save at the grocery store is to take advantage of electronic coupons. Electronic Coupons load directly onto your store savings cards and are automatically deducted at the checkout when you swipe your store loyalty card.
Go to these sites to register your card for free.
Some of the websites will give you only what is available in your zip code like CellFire.com and Zavers.com. So if you shop after work which may not be in your home zipcode don't forget to change it before you start downloading coupons.
I had to change the zip code to see what was available at the store I shop at which is 20 minutes from my home but is in a different zip code.
It's simple to use
You will have to register your store loyalty card and you can get the details of the coupon by clicking on the item before you add it to your card.

Kroger has their own website Roger.com where you can download their coupons but you may find them on others sites also.
Tip:
On your shopping list notate any details about your coupon like (need to buy 2) or if the package has to be a certain size. That way check out is fast and seamless.
